As Twitter’s Lead People Scientist and resident Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, Dr Subhadra Dutta’s primary focus is on employee surveys, engagement, selection, assessments, analytics, and research. Before Twitter, she worked with companies across India and US, such as PepsiCo, Molina Healthcare, and the Infosys Leadership Institute in areas of engagement, high-potential assessments and talent management.

She has a Ph.D. and Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, and a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Delhi University. Subhadra is an active and participating member of SIOP (Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology) and a core committee member of Community of Organizational Sciences in India. She is an active publisher and presenter at conferences such as SIOP, Predictive Analytics Summit and Academy of Management.
